Currently, There is a good real estate market for Sellers in general across the board.   Building lots are selling very well in the Saugeen Shores area with a depleting selection of lots available.    

The economy is looking very good for a conservative 7 years and  the baby boomers are just entering the market which means this desired area is going to expand to allow for workers and retirees alike.  The spinoffs are good , Smaller towns like Tara , Paisley, Wiarton and Sauble Beach are going to attract alot of people who are willing to travel 15 minutes to get to the major shopping in the area and allow the Buyer's to save about 12 to 15% on the cost of a comparable home.

Sellers are pricing their properties reasonably close to asking prices at the moment and although the number of listings are down substantially prices are staying very consistant....
